About me

Born in Manahawkin, New Jersey, I'm currently a 24 year old sports broadcaster with a degree in sports media from Oklahoma State University. Growing up, I knew from a very young age that sports broadcasting is what I wanted to go into, and I became consumed in watching everything related to sports and gaining as much knowledge as possible in the field.

When I was 11 years old I found an organization called 'Play By Play Sports Broadcasting Camps' and was able to go to Baltimore for a week and learn from professionals in the field and was given my first real experience in front of a camera. The next year I attended the same camp, this time in Philadelphia at Villanova University.

My passion grew stronger when for Christmas my parents bought me a portable ESPN sports broadcasting setup where you could broadcast your voice through a microphone into a boombox-like machine. On Saturdays during college football season I would sit in front of my television at home and mute the tv and act like it was me who was calling the game.

After getting very involved in my high school's television production and running full length productions through a mobile broadcasting bus  and our professional studio, I knew I was in the right field. I became the main talent for the morning news show, and covered most of our high school's sports; creating a daily sports segment for the news.

I found Oklahoma State University and knew it was immediately the right place for me, as the sports media department is the premiere place for people trying to get in this field. After taking a tour, I promptly applied and got accepted to OSU.

I have used my many sports experiences to grow my love for sports even more, as I got the chance to work for ESPN covering MNF, the NCAA Lacrosse Championship at Gillete Stadium, and so many other once in a lifetime events.
